According to a new report from BOSSIP, London On Da Track’s alleged baby’s mother is requesting $4,644 a month in child support based on her monthly income of $3,500 and his $45,000 monthly salary.

Dayira Jones, a stay-at-home mom, said the money will cover tuition at a top-quality daycare facility, court papers stated.

The requested amount of child support would provide a lifestyle for the baby boy that is equivalent to the producer’s “opulent and lavish” one and ensure that he remains in the same standard of living with both parents, Jones said.

Earlier this year, BOSSIP broke the news that a woman sued London for child support for their baby boy.

Jones reportedly requested an increase from the state’s child support guidelines due to London’s high net worth of $1.5 million.

London countersued the woman, questioning the DNA of the child, who is now 1-year-old. He added that he would seek joint primary physical custody of the toddler if he were proven to be the father.

The mother declined London’s demand for joint custody. Because London had not seen the child in nearly a year, Jones said her son would be in distress if he were in the custody of a stranger.

Jones also mentioned in the court that London’s mother is raising his other son as he lives in California.

To sum everything up, Jones wants the judge to order London to start paying support immediately and wants him found in contempt of court for dragging the process of taking a DNA test that’s admissible in court.

The case is still ongoing as the judge has yet to make a ruling.
