#Blackgirlmagic is at an all-time high. Long track speedskater, #ErinJackson has made history by becoming the first black woman to qualify for the US Olympic team after finishing third in the 500-meter race. To top it off, Jackson is joined by short track speedskater, #MaameBiney who became the first black woman to qualify for the U.S. Olympic team. Both ladies are headed to the 2018 PyeongChang Olympic Games.

What makes Jackson even more amazing, is that she was killing it in inline skating competitions and was a three-time roller sports athlete of the year; and she has only been training for long track speed-skating for four months! Jackson told NBC in an interview, “I really wasn’t expecting it coming in. Pretty cool.”
