Los Angeles Mother Arrested For The Murder of Her Three Children

On Sunday, a Los Angeles mother identified as  Angela Flores, 38 was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon after her three children were found dead in their home.

According to LAPD, the three children, ages 8 to 12, were discovered lifeless in the Woodland Hills residence at 7:40 a.m. Sunday.

When the Los Angeles Fire Department members arrived, they pronounced the children dead at the scene. Officials stated their mother had been arrested for their deaths and was taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation.

A witness told Fox 11 that they heard screaming from the home before police arrived.

“I couldn’t see anybody, and I kept hearing, ‘My family is abusing me,’ and just kept hearing screaming, but I couldn’t make out what she was saying,” the witness said.

How the children died is unknown. A fourth child is said to have run to a neighbor’s house and was left unharmed.
