Last month, “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Tommie Lee promised to make a change after spending more than a month behind bars for violating probation in her DUI case. But now, less than a month after her release, the reality star has been slapped with new charges, stemming from the child abuse incident involving one of her daughters.
According to TMZ, Lee was booked for battery, aggravated assault, and child cruelty after she allegedly slammed her child into a school locker. The next morning, Lee was released and ordered to stay away from her daughter, until further notice.
But, just three hours later, Lee reportedly violated the order and was slapped in cuffs by the end of the night. Now, three months after the incident, Lee is facing charges.
According to TMZ, the reality star has been indicted on multiple child abuse charges, three of which are felonies, after she allegedly disrupted her daughter’s middle school class, slapped her in the face, dragged her down the hall by her hair and slammed her into a metal locker.
Lee faces seven charges in total, and if convicted sources say the reality star could face up to 54 years in prison.
