Congratulations are in order for Joe Velazquez, and Nick and Kristen Laing of Lucky Oh Horchata. Miller Lite Tap the Future Live Pitch Tour made it’s way to the Lone Star State where fitness was the theme . Four regional teams of entrepreneurs presented their ideas at the Dallas Performance Hall Theatre to the judging panel that included Daymond John of ABC’s “Shark Tank”, Success magazine’s director of digital content, Shelby Skrhak, founders of WeDidIT and former Miller Coors Business grant recipients, Sulaiman Sanni and Ben Lamson.

It would be Lucky Oh Horchata Solutions that would snag the victory.  Lucky Oh Horchata is the solution to those seeking a healthy and versatile horchata product.  Presenting itself as the alternative to beverages with high concentrations of sugar. Offering the ability to enhance beverages or food with a horchata concentrate, this is the perfect choice for the health conscious.  Lucky Oh Horchata  didn’t just walk away with the regional honor. Pending a background check, Lucky Oh Horchata’s team  will receive $20,000 for the advancement of their business as well as compete in the final round for an astounding $200,000.

BA salutes Lucky Oh Horchata  as well as the other teams that competed- Nell Reed, Junior Fitness (Houston, TX), Matthew, Driven Fitness (Dallas, TX) and Josh/Holly Allen,WO Design (Bozeman, MT).

Check out a few pics…
