Most college graduates celebrate their achievements with a vacation but Ludacris is switching things up.
Last week, the Atlanta rapper received an honorary Bachelor of Science degree in Music Management from Georgia State University. Luda seemed to be so excited about his achievement that he went out and purchased his own private jet.
On Wednesday, the rapper showed off his new ride on Instagram with a tour of the inside of the jet. Luda expressed his joy by singing the classic theme song to “The Jefferson’s.” In the post, he also added “the secret to flying high is to always stay grounded.”
Luda was awarded an honorary degree from Georgia State at their commencement ceremony on May 4th.
In 2019, Luda acted as an artist-in-residence at the college. While there, he mentored students and worked with professors dealing with entrepreneurship in the music and film industry.
