Ludacris Goes Viral After Video Shows Him Steering Plane

Ludacris got his pilot license, apparently, and the internet is loving it. 

What’s that? It’s a bird! It’s a plane! Well, it is a plane, and Ludacris is flying it. In a new video posted online, the 43-year-old is seen cruising through the skies steering his private jet. The rapper posted the video on his Instagram with the caption, “If You Don’t Evolve, You’ll Evaporate.” 

According to HipHopDX, the plane is Ludacris’ Hawker 700 plane, which costs about $20 million. In celebration of his new skill, celebs came into the comments gassing the rapper up. “Doin it all while rockin a T-shirt & shorts! Bucket List shawty!!! Get em bro,” said actor Larenz Tate. 

Black Twitter also reacted, as it tends to do. Some people applauded while others laughed in good fun. “Ludacris flying a plane & looking around like there’s planes in the next lane gotta be the funniest shit ever,” one Twitter user wrote. “He look like a lane finna merge and he tryna get over,” said Chance the Rapper 

While many are intrigued by Ludacris flying a plane, others are not amused. “I keep seeing the same post about Ludacris flying that damn plane .. who tf cares?” said a user online. Some people suggested that the new venture will be a line in the rapper’s next hit. “‘Ludacris goin in on the verse cause I never crashed a plane and I won’t start now,’” said a Twitter user. 

On top of his new pilot’s license, the rapper is geared up for his upcoming show titled “Luda Can’t Cook,” which will drop on Discovery+ on February 25. “Fast 9” is slated to be released in theaters on May 28.
