After ditching his wife and son for Larsa Pippen, NBA player Malik Beasley is now issuing a public apology for his infidelities on Instagram.
The Timberwolves guard captioned the post to his wife Montana Yao, “I wana [sic] say sorry for putting you in the situation you were put in the last few months,” he explained, my head wasn’t were it was supposed to be.”
Back in November Yao said that she felt “blindsided” when she saw the photos of her husband holding hands with Pippen out in Miami.
Yao ripped Malik on social media around the time she filed for divorce, claiming she and their 2-year-old son, Makai, were “told to leave our family home 10 days ago, and just like you all I’m pretty confused.”
She continued, “There have been no public or private addressing of the situation nor any type of apology.”
Now, it appears that Beasley is ready to reconcile… and while he doesn’t mention Larsa by name, it’s clear that he’s referring to her.
Beasley said, “I was looking for more when it was right here that whole time, I’m telling the world and you that there’s nobody like you for me.”
The ball player also claims that he was the one who ended the fling with Larsa, “For the record, I was the one who ended my last relationship off the fact that there is no one like you.” He added, “Also for the record, I wanted to do my own ish cuz I just left u guys and I def ain’t the type to set up pictures at the mall n ish .. as that’s some childish ish and I’m trying to grow individually and grow a family .. a real family.”
He said I’m not “looking to be judged I’m looking for forgiveness.” He continued, “To forgive me for hurting my family the way I did. At the end of the day I’m a lover boy and I miss holding y’all and loving y’all.. I love you mu shi .. I love you kai Kai. My family over thing.”
