Mally Mall is supposed to start his 33-month prison term next week, but he’s now asking for more time before he goes in because he claims he needs to undergo a medical procedure first.
According to TMZ, the hip hop producer revealed in new court documents that he has discovered a mass on his thigh that requires a CT scan and biopsy to determine if it’s cancerous.
Mall wants to address this potentially serious medical issue before serving his time after pleading guilty to running an illegal prostitution service out of Las Vegas.
Mall says the mass must be removed in the next month or so, regardless of whether it’s malignant or not. His legal team is asking the judge in his case to push his August 13 date to surrender to the Bureau of Prisons back to November 12.
