Music producer Mally Mall’s home was raided due to a police investigation involving allegations of multiple sexual assaults, human sex trafficking, and alleged importation of exotic animals, according to TMZ. However, the musician says the main accuser is an extortionist.
The LAPD SWAT team said the raid was triggered by allegations of “multiple rapes and human sex trafficking, as well as firearms on the premises.” They also believed, “he was illegally importing exotic species into California for people working in the entertainment industry.”
Regarding the rape and trafficking allegations, a woman claimed Mally Mall flew her to L.A. from Texas after seeing her fitness videos on social media, and she stayed at his home. She accused Mall of drugging and raping her, then locking her in a room. She said she stayed another day and had intercourse with him a second time because she felt she had to be “submissive.” The following day, she said she developed a rash and went to a hospital where a nurse called police after observing vaginal trauma.
TMZ reports sources close to Mally Mall say everything was consensual between the two and that they were partying together the entire weekend, as the woman was in no hurry to leave. Mal also says he has voicemails and texts to prove she was trying to get money out of him.
About the exotic animals, law enforcement said Mally Mall’s social media posts with various creatures triggered the interest of the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. During the raid, allegedly three animals were seized: 2 monkeys and a Serval cat.
Mally Mall was not arrested but detained and released, while the investigation is still ongoing. Mally Mall’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, told TMZ, “If they had real evidence, they would have arrested him. They don’t have evidence. It’s bogus. Period.”
