A Michigan man has been arrested after he sexually abused a six-year-old boy in a Chicago McDonald’s bathroom.
Flint resident Bryan Sutton, 62, faces one felony count of kidnapping and one felony count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse to a victim under 13.
Sutton is accused of abusing the victim in a McDonald’s restroom stall in the 600 block of North Clark at around 6 o’clock on Saturday.
He was taken into custody soon after.
According to Chicago police, Sutton also allegedly assaulted a 61-year-old security guard who tried to apprehend him.
He was ultimately taken into custody and charged accordingly.
