A New York man was arrested after kissing a five-year-old girl on the lips at a grocery store in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
Fariz Feyullayev is being charged with child abuse without great bodily harm. He was captured on camera at a Publix store handing the young girl a bag of M&Ms and leaning down to kiss her on the mouth. Feyullayev did not know the little girl.
A police report describes how the mother of the five-year-old started yelling at Feyullayev after catching him in the act. The mother says that he grabbed his groceries and rushed out of the store.
The child’s mother identified Feyullayev in a line-up after being found by a police officer on the 18000 block of Collins Avenue.
