A Florida man was detained this week after police discovered child porn and homemade sex videos of him and his wife’s dog.
Brandon Shelton of Ormond Beach was arrested on Tuesday following a months-long investigation. Back in October, Volusia’s Child Exploitation Unit received a tip about Shelton possibly sharing child pornography. Once an investigation was launched, authorities discovered executed a search warrant on January 6th, where they found 11 electronic files containing videos and photos of young children in sexual situations. The children in the videos were estimated to be as young as two years old and as old as seven years old.
Investigators also found multiple videos of him having sex with one of the family dogs. When interviewed, Shelton confessed to wearing the gold watch seen in the video with the animal. Two dogs were removed from the home and taken to Volusia County Animal Services.
Though authorities do not believe he manufactured the images, Shelton admitted to downloading and sharing child porn online. He has since been released from the Volusia County Branch Jail on $116,000 bail.
