A self-proclaimed homeless male model was detained on Friday in Miami Beach for masturbating in front of people in a Starbucks.
Blake Reign, 27, was allegedly seen pleasuring himself around 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Starbucks on Collins Avenue and 29th Street.
A woman who was in the store detailed the incident on TikTok.
According to the report, the witness said he did it for about 10 minutes before officers finally arrived.
When Reign allegedly failed to obey police orders, he was struck with a stun gun that fired darts.
That’s when he started yanking again, this time removing the darts from his body and fleeing.
Reign was tased eight times by police during the odd chase before he was finally apprehended.
According to the arrest record, police employed “closed fist distraction blows” and struck him in the lower back.
During the foot chase, one of the officers was injured when he fell.
Reign was transported to Mount Sinai Medical Center by Miami Fire Rescue. He faces charges of indecent and lascivious behavior, disruptive conduct in a public place, and nonviolently resisting an officer. The amount of his bond has been set at $700.
According to Local10, Reign was at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center Sunday.
