On Thursday, Eduardo Leon was arrested for breaking into #Rihanna’s L.A.-area home the night before.

According to TMZ, Rihanna’s assistant found Leon inside the singer’s home after he disabled the alarm system. Officials say upon arrival, Leon had made himself at home, charging his phone and unpacking his bag, as he waited for the singer to return.

However, Leon was instead met by officials, who tased and arrested him on a burglary charge. After further investigation and questioning, Leon told officials that he was just there to have sex with the singer. But, he says he didn’t plan to use force.

To make matters worse though, Leon also broke into a house earlier this month in an attempt to find Rihanna, which forced officials to add on a stalking charge as well. Now, he is being held on $150,000 bail.
