A woman in California has died after a man who had a grudge repeatedly ran her over with his car.

Security footage shows Garrett Young, 23, allegedly intentionally running over 53-year-old Gryselda Joseph on Sept. 20. On that day, around 12:21 a.m., police found Joseph lying face down in a Starbucks parking lot in Millbrae.

According to the Charlotte Observer, the surveillance footage captured Young driving his BMW SUV into the woman at high speed and then running over her continuously.

Officials say the woman had allegedly been harassing Young at his job near Safeway. The news outlet reports the man is being analyzed to see if he is mentally competent to stand trial. He’s been charged with murder and is expected to report back to court on Nov. 15.
