Just weeks after two of R. Kelly’s Atlanta homes were burglarized, the man that officials believe orchestrated the hit has turned himself in.

According to TMZ, officials say Alfonso Walker turned himself in on Monday after having hired people to clean out both homes and sell Kelly’s belongings. He reportedly told the hired help that Kelly was preparing to relocate to Chicago, so everything had to go. However, Kelly’s team said Walker was just a part-time employee, who didn’t have clearance to make such decisions.

Walker was scheduled to turn himself in last week, but went MIA, forcing officials to issue a warrant for his arrest. One week later, Walker turned himself in and was booked on two counts of burglary, two counts of theft by taking and two counts of theft by deception, the publication reports.
