The alleged victim of Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty is requesting a default judgment from the court.
Security guard Thomas Weidenmüller claims an overzealous fan breached security during one of Nicki’s 2019 performances, leading to an altercation.
Later, Weidenmüller said he ran into the couple, and Nicki reportedly “screamed obscenities” at him.
According to the lawsuit, “Petty repositioned himself out of my eyesight and without warning struck me in the face, which stunned and disoriented me. Because of the surprise nature of the attack, I am not sure as to whether Petty hit me with his fist or with a weapon.”
The lawsuit revealed he’s had seven jaw surgeries to rectify damage from the supposed “ferocious attack.” He seeks a $750K default judgment to cover medical expenses, emotional distress, and pain.
According to Weidenmüller, he described the pain during the incident as blinding, affecting his head, neck, and face.
In addition to his seven surgeries, he’ll likely have to undergo four more surgeries as part of his healing process.
He said, “The doctors must still insert implants into my jaw as a part of the reconstruction process. In the interim, the doctors have inserted donor bones from a deceased person into my mouth in order to preserve space for future implants.”
