A man has filed a lawsuit against Lil Xan after the pop star pointed a gun at him after he confronted the rapper about his comments on 2Pac’s music.
A man named Anthony Sanchez claims that he went up to the 24-year-old Redlands, California rapper and confronted him about calling iconic, late rapper 2Pac’s music “boring.” The incident happened in a 7-Eleven parking lot in Los Angeles, according to Complex magazine. The matter turned from verbal to threatening when Xan pulled out a gun and start waving it in front of Sanchez.
The man recorded the moment; in the video, you can allegedly see Xan brandishing the weapon and asking, “What the f*ck you want, bruh?” Sanchez returns some remarks, calling Lil Xan a “little b*tch.” Sanchez said he feared for his life at the time as Xan moved his finger on and off the trigger. Now, Sanchez is taking him to court for assault and battery and claims he suffered severe emotional distress.
The rapper took to social media to speak out about the incident, saying, “I was about to be attacked and resorted to having to use self defense, fuck all you old head ass bitches still talking bout that 2pac shit live you own life,” he wrote. “And stop picking on a kid.”
The footage was caught on tape thast was obtained by TMZ. In the video you can hear, Xan calling Sanchez the racial slur “ni**a.”
