Hot-n-ready is Little Caesars’ motto, and when that didn’t hold true at a Tennessee location, a customer lost it.
A man in Knoxville could face decades in prison after allegedly holding Little Caesar employees at gunpoint with an AK-47 after they told him it would take 10 minutes to make his pizza.
Charles Doty Jr. became infuriated after being told about the wait and demanded free breadsticks.
The incident report detailed that he then left the store and returned brandishing an AK-47 while demanding to get the pizza immediately.
Another customer in the store who had already gotten their order handed Doty her pepperoni pizza, and he fled the scene before cops arrived.
The 63-year-old man was charged with four counts of aggravated assault and one count of especially aggravated kidnapping.
