You may recall, during NY Fashion Week in September, former Love and Hip Hop star, Tahiry, was involved in a backstage scuffle with a man that left her with cuts, bruises and a neck brace. Well there’s an update on the whole thing and let’s just say, the man Tahiry says assaulted her is getting a slap on the wrist.
Charles Suggs plead guilty to assault and will receive no jail time. He also has to complete an anger management program and stay clear of Tahiry for 5 years. That doesn’t seem hard to do.
Tahiry has yet to comment on the sentencing. I’m sure she’s over it. Hell, she was over it when she hit the club with a neck brace on.
