Manny, one of my favorite MLB players, is prone to trouble. Last night was no exception. According to sources, Manny was escorted from his Florida home in handcuffs last night following a domestic altercation with his wife Juliana. Ramirez was later booked in to the Broward Sheriff’s Office in Fort Lauderdale.
Reports aren’t specifying if this was a physical altercation and there aren’t a lot of details, but witnesses are saying an incident of some kind did take place inside. Ramirez’s wife left the home shortly after Ramirez was taken away.
Ramirez has since been released on $2500 bail and ordered not to contact his wife. According to Radar Online police say Ramirez slapped his wife who then careened onto a headboard of a bed in their home.
Yikes Manny!! I love you as a ball player but this here is crazy!
