A newly released police report is shedding light on Marcus Jordan’s behavior during his DUI and cocaine possession arrest, describing him as “loud, profane, and belligerent” while in police custody.
According to the report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Jordan allegedly refused to take a breathalyzer test, repeatedly pulled away from officers, and became agitated and confrontational when asked questions. Officers also noted he was fidgeting constantly, talking incessantly, and demanded a change in music while in custody, saying, “Can’t you play some holiday music or some s***? Play some Mariah Carey up in this bitch.”
The incident occurred early Tuesday morning after Jordan’s Lamborghini SUV got stuck on train tracks in Florida. Police learned the vehicle had allegedly fled a nearby traffic stop, and when officers arrived, they noted Jordan had bloodshot eyes, appeared confused, and had a strong odor of alcohol.
Bodycam footage reportedly captured Jordan attempting to talk his way out of the arrest by mentioning his father, NBA legend Michael Jordan.
Jordan was ultimately charged with DUI property damage or personal injury, resisting an officer without violence, and cocaine possession. He was released later that day on a $4,000 bond.
