Marilyn Manson’s legal battles over sexual assault allegations are still ongoing.
According to PEOPLE, a search warrant was issued at the 52-year-old musician’s LA home Monday.
The search warrant was issued due to an ongoing investigation against Manson after 15 women accused the artist of sexual assault and physical abuse, including three-time Golden Globe nominee Evan Rachel Wood.
According to TMZ, detectives forced entry and seized media storage units and hard drives, which will be reviewed before the case is brought to the district attorney’s office. Manson was apparently not at home at the time of the raid.
The singer reportedly sold his Hollywood Hills home earlier this month, but it’s unclear if it’s the same one that was raided by officials on Monday.
So far, Manson is looking at a lawsuit by three women, including his ex-girlfriend Ashley Morgan Smithline and Game of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco, who allege that he sexually abused them in the past.
In September, “Jane Doe’s” fourth sexual abuse case was dismissed in court due to the expiration of the statute of limitations on his accuser’s accusations.
He has previously denied all allegations.
On Instagram he addressed the accusations against him, saying that his “intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners,” calling the women’s claims “horrible distortions of reality.”
“My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how — and why — others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth,” Manson added.
