Last month, former NBA guard Delonte West checked into a rehab facility, with the help of Dallas Mavericks owner and Shark Tank star, Mark Cuban.
The move came after a photo of the former baller went viral, as he was on the street begging for money.
But now, after just a few weeks of treatment, Cuban shared an updated photo of West, enjoying a horseback ride at the facility.
