The situation unfolded after 50 Cent seemingly confirmed that BMF may not be returning for another season. The Power creator shared a private conversation with Lil Meech, the actor who portrays his father, Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory, on the hit Starz series. In the messages, Lil Meech confronted 50 for unfollowing him on Instagram.
He also addressed rumors that 50 is upset with Big Meech for associating with Rick Ross after his release from prison. “F**k Rick Ross, but he gave my dad some bread so he can afford to pay his bills until our next season starts,” Lil Meech added.
Marquise, who has had a strained relationship with his father, appeared amused in a recent video, saying, “It’s a bunch of people out here that might need to hear this. You thought you was special? You really thought you was special. Who told you you were special? You thought you were special.”
The relationship between Marquise and 50 Cent has been tumultuous, with public disputes over child support and personal differences. Lil Meech has previously involved himself in their disputes, defending 50 Cent and criticizing Marquise.
