A music teacher in Maryland has been arrested for allegedly touching two 7-year-old girls inappropriately during private lessons at an academy in Chevy Chase, Montgomery County.
Police said that the 30-year-old teacher, Priyant Sundas, of Rockville, is accused of inappropriately touching two students during private last month.
Court documents revealed that the victims reported the alleged abuse to their parents. Sundas allegedly had inappropriate contact with one of them on two separate occasions.
Authorities believe there may be more victims as the investigation is still ongoing.
Sundas was detained Sunday under a U.S. Customs and Border Protection warrant at JFK International Airport as he tried to flee the country; his lawyer denied the allegations.
