Following Keefe D‘s arrest in connection to Tupac‘s murder, discussions have taken center stage in recent days. These conversations not only revolve around Pac’s unsolved murder but also Biggie’s.
Following the arrest, both mainstream media and social media platforms have been buzzing with discussions surrounding these cases.
During the latest episode of ‘It is What It Is’ with Cam’ron and Mase, Cam’ron posed a question to Mase during their Q&A segment with fans, inquiring about Mase’s whereabouts on the night of Biggie’s murder. Mase responded with a revealing revelation.
“I was with a young lady,” Mase responded. Cam’ron followed up by asking the rapper-turned-pastor-turned-sports-analyst what his first reaction was when he heard Biggie died.
“I actually was trapped in the Hotel… it was about probably like 70 or so bloods in the hallway. I couldn’t leave my room. After Big got killed they were probably looking for more Bad Boy Artists.” I was left in LA and from that day I said I’m out of here. I came there with people and I didn’t leave with them.”
The video can be found below. Nevertheless, Mase has consistently stated that he received a “calling from God.”
If that calling involved waking up to a situation where 70 Bloods were outside your hotel room, coupled with the murder of the label’s most prominent artist, it would undoubtedly serve as a powerful wake-up call.
