If you’ve Googled Luther Vandross recently, you’ve probably noticed a glaring mistake: the first pic that comes up belongs to Master P. The blunder made its way onto social media, even attracting the attention of Questlove of The Roots.
TMZ caught up with Master P outside of Walmart in Burbank, California, where he gave his opinion on the mix-up.
“I know everybody trippin’; Google thought it was funny mixing me up. I get it,” he said. “Stop letting AI run your company.”
The No Limit founder spent the rest of his time promoting Snoop cereal, even joking that he looked more like Captain Ace, the cereal’s mascot, than Luther Vandross. The breakfast food is a joint venture between Master P and Snoop Dogg.
The Google error has since been fixed.
