Last week, Matt Barnes took to Instagram to wish his ex-wife Gloria Govan a Happy Birthday. However, things took a turn for the worse when Govan threw shade in her response, which prompted Barnes to fire back with allegations of theft and forgery.
Since then, the @blast has gotten ahold of the court documents that support Barnes’ claims.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In the docs, Barnes accused Govan of forging his name on a 2010 mortgage loan and deed for her parents in Oakland.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In addition to the home, Barnes says Govan forged his signature on a commercial lease for a club in the same city. Problem is, Barnes says he never gave his ex permission to secure the loan or the lease. To make matters worse though, Barnes says he had no clue about the properties in his name until he was sued over missed payments.

Also in the former couple’s legal battle, Barnes is arguing finances. According to the @blast, Barnes wants half, if not all of Govan’s assets that she has reportedly withheld in their divorce settlement.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In the docs, Barnes claims Govan turned over bank statements in their divorce that show large deposits from unexplained sources. As a result, Barnes believes the money was either hidden or never disclosed, and now he wants his cut.

The two are due in court in April.
