Matt Barnes’ Road Dawg Arrested In Connection To Bar Brawl

42 year old Laura Closure of Compton was arrested Wednesday in connection to the bar fight that involved NBA ballers Matt Barnes and Demarcus Cousins earlier this month.

 

Closure is accused of throwing a bottle at the face of a woman inside Avenue nightclub in New York on December 5. Closure was with Cousins and Barnes when the fight broke out. She was arrested on suspicion of assault and attempted assault.

 

You may recall, Jasmine Besiso and Myrone Powell filed a civil suit against Matt Barnes and Demarcus Cousins. Jasmine Besiso accused Barnes of choking her, however evidence later showed that Barnes was not the aggressor.  Powell is accusing Demarcus Cousins of punching, stomping and kicking him when he tried to intervene in the altercation between Besiso and Barnes.

 

Sources say that Barnes was the one that was attacked and neither of the Kings players started the confrontation.

 

Closure has since been released on bail.
