Blink and you’ll miss it. The tickets to the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight, that is. On Thursday afternoon, the tickets for the highly anticipated Las Vegas event finally went on sale. But 60 seconds later, they were all gone. You pretty much had to have lightning-quick Internet speeds in order to get these tickets..3G was not gonna get the job done.
There were approximately 14,000 tickets that were made available to the general public, ranging in price from $1,500 all the way up to $7,500. Now that those tickets are gone, the only ones available are those being resold through secondary markets. And as of right now, the highest ticket for the fight is going for a whopping $128 thousand. Whew…y’all have fun with that. I’ll be watching on pay-per-view.
