McDonald’s is reintroducing its celebrated McRib sandwich nationwide.
The McRib will return to menu’s on December 2.
“There’s nothing quite like the taste of the McRib. To our customers, it’s become more than a delicious, saucy moment… it’s a season, and it’s taking the internet by storm. That’s why this year, we’re proud to serve the McRib nationwide for everyone to enjoy,” said Lina VanGosen, vice president of menu innovation, to Business Insider.
Some people love how convenient it is to have a sandwich from McDonald’s.
“It’s the convenience of a rib sandwich available at any time of the day with delicious McDonald’s fries and a cold drink,” said Alexia Perkins, DJJ Clinician.
This year, McDonald’s introduced spicy nuggets, Travis Scott and J.Balvin meals, and baked goods.
“When you have these exclusive products, which exist for a short period of time, it gives people a reason to come to the store,” said Alexander Chernev, a marketing professor at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
According to CNN, sales in McDonald’s U.S. stores rose by 4.6% during the third quarter.
