McDonald’s Quietly Introduces Classic Lemonade To Its Drink Menu

McDonald’s is quietly rolling out its Classic Lemonade in select locations without making much fuss about it.

The restaurant chain didn’t go all out with an announcement as they typically do with new menu items. However, since lemonade is such a hot commodity among fast foodies, this new drink offering is still a big deal. Up until now, Wendy’s had reigned supreme in the lemonade arena. Their Strawberry Lemonade was ranked No. 1 for best fast-food chain flavored lemonade on Foods Kitchen.  Now, McDonald’s is ready to go head-to-head with the 4-for-4 creator with a new citrus fruit drink of its own.

McDonald’s is delivering authenticity, using only genuine lemon juice to create their Classic Lemonade. Customers will even taste bits of pulp in every sip. For those not completely sold on Mickey D’s can try out a small for just $1.49. Medium and large sizes are available to be enjoyed by themselves or with any meal.

The restaurant chain still offers Minute Maid Lemonade, which is a Coca-Cola product. It’s unclear if McDonald’s will completely replace this option with its new Classic beverage. Either way, any cup of cold lemonade is a win.

And in case you were wondering, yes, you can absolutely have the Classic Lemonade as your drink with the popular Cardi B and Offset Meal.
