McDonald’s is giving adults a blast from the past–and adults only. The fast food chain will sell adult Happy Meals and include nostalgic toys in the signature box.
On October 3, customers can purchase a Cactus Plant Flea Market Box (10-piece chicken McNuggets or Big Mac) meal with fries and drink and receive an oddly familiar toy. The new meal is in collaboration with the streetwear brand, hoping to tap into the hearts of loyal customers.
The Happy Meals will also be served in an OG box, including the “M” outline at the top of the box. The toys include redesigned takes on McDonald’s famous mascots, like Grimace, Hamburglar, and Birdie, plus a new one to the crew named Cactus Buddy.
A spokesperson for McDonald’s released a statement regarding the nostalgic meal.
