Rapper Meek Mill keeps on passing blessings as his next gift to the community is the renovation of a basketball court in his hometown.
The Philadelphia native will be announcing his contribution to renovating the basketball court at East Fairmount Park in North Philly. The park is a part of the rapper’s childhood which is why he chose it specifically. TMZ caught up with Mill who said, “North Philly will always be home. When kids go to East Fairmount Park, they deserve to ball in the best conditions possible, so I’m glad they’ll have that opportunity now.”
The renovation comes as a collaborative effort from #RocNation and Puma. Both companies are making their way back into the basketball business. Mill will reveal the details of the court’s makeover in the next few days.
