Megan Thee Stallion has landed a reality show on Snapchat that will focus on her love for her pets while kicking it with some of her famous friends.
The Houston Hottie will host the platform’s forthcoming “Off Thee Leash with Megan Thee Stallion.” The series will interview a slew of celebrities and showcase their beloved animals. The unscripted show is set to premiere later this year on Snap, though no official date has been released. Will Smith’s Westbrook Media will produce the show.
This is just the latest offering in Snapchat’s official lineup of original content. As of now, the platform houses over 120 shows with 68 partners. The company has over 1,500 Discover channels that attract over 100 million viewers monthly.
Head of Snap Originals, Vanessa Guthrie, said that the company was “constantly trying to find stories that we think will resonate with our audience, coupled with talent and creators.”
Megan will join fellow rapper Swae Lee, who debuted his Snapchat reality series “Swae Meets World” on Saturday, April 17th.
Other highly-anticipated Snapchat shows include “Coming Out,” which documents members of the LGBTQ+ community’s coming out stories, and “Twinning Out,” a docuseries that follows TikTok celebrities Niki and Gabi DeMartino.
