Mia Thornton is officially closing her Real Housewives of Potomac chapter and heading down south.
In a lengthy Instagram post, the RHOP star let fans know she’s relocating to Atlanta and won’t be returning to the show next season.
“With every new season comes a new beginning,” she wrote. “My family and I have made the decision to relocate to Atlanta, and with that, I will not be returning to The Real Housewives of Potomac next season.”
Mia joined RHOP in Season 6 and made sure her presence was known. Even with all the chaos, Mia shared her real-life struggles. Opening up about her health, business losses, and marriage issues. Whether fans loved her or rolled their eyes, she kept things interesting.
Now she’s off to Atlanta, teasing big moves ahead. “This next chapter is already full of exciting opportunities,” she said. “Atlanta, brace yourself. The empire has expanded. #LegacyInTheMaking”
Fans are already wondering if she’s eyeing a spot on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, or something else entirely. Either way, Mia’s not disappearing—she’s just flipping the script.
