On Saturday night, Michael B. Jordan was involved in a traffic collision when his Ferrari collided with a stationary Kia. According to a spokesperson from the LAPD, the incident took place at 11:34 p.m. on a bustling stretch of Sunset Boulevard and was classified as a vehicle collision involving a moving vehicle and a parked one.
Officials have stated that there were no indications of any suspicious activity or evidence of DUI when they arrived at the scene. Jordan was not subjected to a field sobriety test, and no arrests were carried out. Additionally, the LAPD says that after the accident, both parties involved exchanged information, and no charges were filed.
Photographs obtained by TMZ show that the right fender of the actor’s blue luxury vehicle was severely damaged, with one of the tires featuring gold rims found several yards behind the car following the collision. Regarding the blue Kia, there were visible damages to the left side of the vehicle, with metal scraps hanging down as a result of the impact from Jordan’s car. Pieces of metal from Jordan’s vehicle were also found on the ground near the Kia after the collision.
It remains uncertain whether the other driver was inside the vehicle or present at the moment of the collision. According to TMZ, an officer who arrived at the scene of the accident asked Jordan, “What happened?” However, the actor opted not to offer an explanation. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries aside from damage to both Jordan’s vehicle and the Kia. The “Creed” star was then advised by the police to complete a police report online.
