Michelle Obama to Sit Down with Ellen DeGeneres for First Post-White House Interview

Former First Lady, Michelle Obama, has picked talk show host Ellen DeGeneres for her first post-White House TV interview.

Obama is set to appear on the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” Thursday to help celebrate DeGeneres’ 60th birthday.

According to DeGeneres, Obama will appear on one of two birthday-themed shows, along with “people who are paying it forward” by participating in her #OneMillionActsOfGood campaign.

You might recall that for her final first lady interview, Obama sat down with Queen Oprah Winfrey. For her first post-White House interview, it’s only right that she sit down with another talk show icon.
