Microsoft Announces Xbox Series Mini-Fridge At E3 2021 Showcase

During its E3 2021 showcase on Sunday, Microsoft announced that they will be releasing an Xbox Series X mini-fridge this holiday season.

PEOPLE reports that the fridge will sport a black exterior and emblazoned with the Xbox logo on the top left corner of the door. The logo will glow white, like the logos on the brand’s gaming devices.

According to the release trailer, green walls line the fridge, which is “powered” by “Xbox Cooling Architecture.

How much the mini-fridge will cost is still unknown at this point, as is the release date. Xbox did say you should be able to Xbox and chill sometime around the holidays.

Xbox beat out Skittles back in April for the top spot in Twitter’s #BestOfTweets brand bracket challenge. Aaron Greenberg, the Xbox marketing boss, said if the brand beats out Skittles, they will start producing Xbox Series X mini-fridges.

“Now that @Xbox won, we will move forward on our promise to make those Xbox Series X Mini Fridges,” Greenberg tweeted out at the time. He also promised the first one off the line would be stuffed with games and sent over to second-place Skittles.
