A former limo driver who was caught in the middle of a heated altercation between the Migos and Sean Kingston is now filing a lawsuit.
Michael Gradney was hired to chauffeur the Migos back in February of 2017 in Las Vegas. In what was supposed to be a simple trip to the Sands Expo and Convention Center, a fight broke out between the Migos, Sean Kingston, and two other men who are reportedly unknown, according to The Blast.
Gradney claims he was “severely injured” from the horrifying incident, which reportedly ended in gunfire. Also adding that “he feared for his life” when the Migos ordered him to drive them away from the scene.
Now, the driver’s alleged lawsuit includes assault and battery against the rappers as well as unspecified damages for the physical and psychological injuries he suffers from permanently, The Blast reports.
