Mike Tyson is shutting down Jake Paul’s claim that psychedelic drugs “cured” him of Parkinson’s, making it clear that he never had the disease in the first place.
During a recent livestream with Adin Ross, Jake Paul discussed his use of psychedelic substances, including ayahuasca and “toad” venom, which some believe have therapeutic effects. While discussing the topic, Jake claimed that Tyson had smoked toad venom before their fight in November and that it “cured Tyson’s Parkinson’s so he could come back and fight.”
However, Tyson’s team quickly shut down the false claim, telling TMZ, “Mike is happy and perfectly healthy. He doesn’t have Parkinson’s or any other illness.”
After the backlash, Jake Paul attempted to walk back his comments, posting on X (formerly Twitter) that Tyson never had Parkinson’s and that his words were taken out of context—despite the fact that he clearly stated the opposite during the livestream.
Tyson, 58, has faced health concerns in the past, including a medical incident on a plane in May that caused his fight with Paul to be delayed until November. Tyson later revealed that he lost a significant amount of blood and nearly died.
Despite the setbacks, Tyson returned to the ring, though the match didn’t go in his favor, with Jake Paul securing a decisive victory. Still, Tyson saw the fight as a personal achievement, saying that competing at 58 was a victory in itself.

My wife was diagnosed of Parkinson’s Disease at age 61. She had severe calf pain, muscle pain, tremors, slurred speech, frequent falls, loss of balance, difficulty in getting up from sitting position. She was put on Senemet for 6 months and then Siferol was introduced and replaced the Senemet. During this time span she was also diagnosed with dementia. She started having hallucinations and lost touch with reality. Last year, our family doctor started her on Uine Health Centre PD-5 formula, 2 months into treatment she improved dramatically. At the end of the full treatment course, the disease is totally under control. No case of dementia, hallucination, weakness, muscle pain or tremors. My wife is strong again and has gone on with her daily activities as I share this experience. I’m surprised a lot of PWP haven’t heard of PD-5 formula. we got the treatment from their website uinehealthcentre. com
