If you thought the longstanding beef between #MikeTyson and his former boxing promoter, #DonKing, had subsided…guess again. Although the two have come a long way from subtle jabs, lawsuits, and claims that King would “kill his mother for a dollar,” Tyson made it clear that he’s still not too fond of the Cleveland-born promoter.
During the Boxing Hall of Fame induction over the weekend in Canastota, New York, things took a turn for the worse when King approached Tyson with a friendly tap on the shoulder. However, Tyson’s response wasn’t in the least bit friendly.
In fact, according to TMZ, the legendary boxer returned the gesture with a glass of water in the face, later explaining, “WE AIN’T FRIENDS!”

“He talked in there like he was my friend and that was just bullcrap,” Tyson said. “He really did me in.”

Looks like Tyson still isn’t over the $100 million lawsuit that alleged King finessed him out of big bucks as his promoter.
