Wife of NBA Player Miles Bridges Releases Images of Domestic Violence Attack: “I Can’t Be Silent Anymore”

Miles Bridges‘ wife is coming forward to reveal the horrific aftermath of a domestic violence incident that resulted in her husband’s arrest.

“I hate that it has come to this, but I can’t be silent anymore,” Mychelle Johnson, 24, posted to Instagram. “I’ve allowed someone to destroy my home, abuse me in every way possible and traumatize our kids for life.”

Johnson shared a series of photos to illustrate her abuse. She exhibited scratches on her face, a fractured nose, a bleeding ear, and bruises on her back, arms, and legs.

An official medical report reveals Johnson was abused by a male partner and suffered a nose fracture, strained neck, and concussion.

On Wednesday, Bridges turned himself into the Los Angeles police after initially fleeing the scene. He was later charged with felony domestic violence.

Shortly after his arrest, the 24-year-old was reportedly released on $130,000 bail. According to TMZ, Johnson and Bridges started dating in 2016 and have two kids together.

Her Instagram post also revealed that she was allegedly choked until she passed out.

“I don’t need sympathy. I just don’t want this happening to anyone else,” Johnson said. “I just want this person to get help, and my kids deserve better. That’s all I want. It hurts, everything hurts, this situation hurts, most importantly, I’m scared and hurting for my kids who were witness to everything.”

The organization issued a statement confirming Bridges’ arrest and that it will keep the situation under review.

“We are in the process of gathering additional information. We will have no further comment at this time,” the Hornets said.
