Miss Jackson Suing Floyd Mayweather, Enlists Gloria Allred As Her Attorney (VIDEO)

Shantel Jackson (aka Miss Jackson) is suing her former fiance for allegedly attacking her on several occasions and at one point even threatening to shoot her. She held a press conference moments ago.

According to the lawsuit, Miss Jackson says things first got violent in 2012, right after he was released from jail for a domestic violence case against his baby mama. Jackson says Floyd twisted her arm, choked her and forcibly took her phone away from her to look through it. If you may recall, this is also around the time that Floyd and 50 Cent ceased their friendship. It was rumored at the time that Floyd suspected that 50 Cent and Miss Jackson may have had an affair while he was locked away. Of course, none of these rumors were ever confirmed, but it would definitely explain why he would want to look through her phone. 

Miss Jackson says there was another incident where in April 2013 where Floyd allegedly bent her arm, restrained her, and pointed a gun at her foot, asking “Which toe do you want me to shoot?” She said it was then that Floyd forced her to remove her 17-carat engagement ring. 

She’s also suing for invasion of privacy after Floyd posted her sonogram photos and medical records claiming she aborted their twins, and for another incident in February 2014 at Floyd’s condo at the Ritz in L.A. All together she is suing for assault, battery, defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment and more.
