MLB Drama: NY Yankees Alex Rodriguez Suspension

New York Yankees Alex Rodriguez knows his fate now. The Major League Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig wanted to impose a LIFETIME suspension on A-Rod, but Rodriguez was only suspended for the rest of this baseball season and next year. Of course A-Rod is appealing this suspension and if it goes through then A-Rod will miss a total of 211 baseball games. This is a result of the investigation of Rodriguez and his connection to the Biogenesis of America clinic. Twelve other baseball players have been given 50-game suspensions and they have accepted it. A-Rod says he will “fight to the end”. He might want to follow the other twelve players, accept his suspension and just sit out these next two baseball seasons. Is this the end of the PED soap opera in Baseball? Stay tuned
