‘Mob Wives’ reality star Drita D’Avanzo and her husband have been cleared on state drug and weapons charges, after their home in Staten Island was raided last year.
According to the district attorney’s office, Staten Island prosecutors dropped 17 felony and misdemeanor counts, including criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon, and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17.
Last year, Drita and her husband were charged after police found two loaded guns, pain killers, and marijuana.
Although Drita has been cleared, Lee is still facing a federal gun charge while being a convicted felon, according to Page Six.
Staten Island District Attorney spokesman released a statement about charges being dropped against Drita because she was not the target of the search warrant.
Drita posted to her Instagram after the charges had been dropped, “Just want to thank everybody that had sent well wishes for me and my family ❤️ and for those that didn’t and had negative sh to say ????time to focus on positive things ????.”
Drita’s husband was arraigned in New York and pleaded not guilty.
