The mother of a six-year-old boy who was shot and killed in Detroit is speaking out.
“You took my baby. You took my life,” said Brittany Thompson.
Her son Tai’raz Moore, 6, was killed execution style Thursday along with his father’s girlfriend, 28-year-old Isis Rimson. Both of the bodies were found in the basement of their home. Tai’raz’s father, 31-year-old Tukoyo Moore, was found dead in the back of a burned up rental car.
“How you killed him was so disgusting. You have no conscience,” Thompson said to her son’s killers, who are still on the loose.

“I pray that you weren’t scared when it happened,” Thompson said to her son. “I hope he wasn’t scared. And I want you to know I’m sorry that I wasn’t there to protect you.”
Investigators say they believe the motive could be narcotics.
Warren Police Commissioner Bill Dwyer said they will be looking for the death penalty for the person or persons responsible.
Tai’raz had just turned six in July, enjoyed school and loved animals, singing, and dancing.
“Everyone in the community is just heartbroken,” said his grandmother Maurie.
“I want you to live a long time and I want you to suffer,” his mother said to his killers. “Death is too easy.”
