Mountain Dew has released a new flavor exclusively available at Circle K convenience stores.
Wednesday, Mountain Dew announced their new Purple Thunder flavor. The company describes Purple Thunder’s taste as “the mouth-watering flavors of blackberry and plum for the ultimate berry combination.”
Purple Thunder is only available at Circle K’s convenience stores as both a fountain soda and 20-ounce bottles. Mountain Dew and Circle K say the artwork on the label features “its biker gang of Dew characters. Including a plum and blackberry enjoying the sweetest ride of their life.”
“We are thrilled to offer Mtn Dew Purple Thunder as an exclusive flavor at Circle K. Everything from the berry flavor to the design was specially created by Mtn Dew and Circle K. To provide a unique beverage that is sure to bring a new level of fun and flavor to our customers,” says Circle K’s parent company marketing officer.
MD’s chief marketing officer adds, “Mountain Dew is on a continuous mission to create the best flavors with the best partners. And we know Dew Nation is going to love the delicious flavor twist of blackberry and plum that Purple Thunder brings to our roster.”
The officer continues, “There is no better partner than Circle K to bring this awesome flavor to life.”
In addition, Circle K mentions their Sip & Save program. The program will allow repeat customers to select a fountain soda beverage every day for only $5.99 per month.
